Blueberry Crumble: The Easy Way
Good Morning Everyone!
I want to continue with another recipe featuring the ingredients from the farmers market. This is simple way to making blueberry crumble. Short and straight to the point.
1 Qt Blueberries
Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Castor Sugar
3 Tbs Cinnamon
1 Cup Flour
1/2 cup Butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 1: In a pan (any size, I'm using a 8x8 circle pan) , add your blueberries
Step 2: Add a small amount of the flour, cinnamon, and vanilla to the blueberries. Set aside
Step 3: In a mixing bowl, add the rest of your ingredients.
Step 4: With a fork, mash together until you get a crumbly texture. Almost like white sand.
Step 5: Sprinkle liberally all over blueberries.
Step 6: Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes
