A Midsummer's Resolution

Good Morning Everyone-

We're half way through the year and this is the time where I ponder on this year's events. I never make new years resolutions when the new year begins because I tend to never stick to them but when the middle of the year comes around I start to think about what I want to accomplish in the next 6 months. I challenge you to make some goals for yourself for the rest of the year.

Here are mine:

-Workout 5 time a week: Let's keep that body dysmorphia at bay

-Minimalize possessions that don't give me joy.

-Get rid of clothes from high school ( yes I still wear them )

- Do 2 styled dinners/ get Kaffe Social going ( more on that later )

- Eat healthier ( I say that as I'm eating a pastie )

-Love myself

 

-Ty
